war in my house since ytd nite.. TENANT VS LANDLORD! wahahahaha..
background of e story:
tenant has been staying for us 1yr plus or so.. she's actually a very nice lady.. except they make a mess in e kitchen when they cook.. e utensils, e plates etc etc are OILY even after they wash them.. these are small little things.. so we din really brought it up.. she help us to fold our clothes, open e door when we forgot to bring e keys.. etc etc.. we're living very amicably actually.. until.....
first of january or around there, her husband came.. according to my mum, she was not aware of it until tenant's going out to fetch her husband from airport.. my mum informed her that she has to pay $100 extra for her husband's stay.. e rental DOES NOT include her husband what! they were late in paying e rental.. so my mum ask issit she forget to pay.. cos till nw they haber pay lar.. in a nice way of course.. den they tell her they're moving out.. like wth lor! u want to move out.. u nv inform must wait till my mum ask den say! she say, she will forfeit e deposit and move out before her contract ends.. den use e deposit to 'cover' her husband's stay.. (tenant say my mum agrees, my mum say she did not mention!) but get this right.. she HAS to forfeit her deposit NO MATTER WHAT! cos she DID NOT give 1 month notice lehs! so what has that gotta do w her husband? we kept telling my mum that it's so unfair to let her husband to stayover for FREE! oh btw, she say she's moving out right, den nxt door also say wanna move out.. both get to know each other while staying at my house.. and they get along quite well.. probably cos both are ahbaos? (china ppl)
cause of e quarrel:
my mum kept quiet all da way lor.. den until ytd nite.. i reach hm, my mum's room nv on air-con.. den i talk to my sis.. she gt reply.. den e tenant came over and ask y they on air-con.. she ask my sis whether she slp alr.. my sis dun wan ans her.. so i thought they must have purposely dun wan to switch on e air-con lar.. tenant ask mi on e air-con for her.. i told her, i dunno how to.. den i continue doing my things.. after that, she ask yunz to on it for her.. yunz den ask hui to on.. mum ask him dun switch on lar.. den tell her spoil alr.. den tenant say how could it be spoilt? ytd still working well wad.. she say i know how to repair come i repair.. switch on the light and want to go into my mum's room.. den my mum tell her off.. and that's e start of the quarrel.. my mum ask her to either pay $100 extra or husband leave.. or we call e police.. she say call if u want lor.. so my mum really call lar.. end up police come up also ask e husband leave! -,- cos contract nv say her husband can stay what!! den today morning.. i think her husband came back ytd's nite when everyone's slping lar.. my sis saw the husband in our house AGAIN!! my mum call e police again lor.. the police damn guai lan w the husband.. haha.. sibei attitude w them! lol.. ask him to leave again..
the whole thing is THEIR fault.. BUT! i think my mum gotta bear some responsibility too! it was her fault not to talk to them at the very start.. she should not drag until so long mahs.. find her quite heartless..=x cos dear saw the hubby downstairs our block.. wife went down to pei him occasionally also.. very ke lian!! and wad's more.. where can they go at sucha late hour?? i told her to give them chance lar.. let e hubby stay till tml morning.. she jitao NO! i ask her not to call e police tis morning.. she kup my fone cos she's wrking..-,- but the tenant also lar.. push my mum to the limits alr.. think she chin chai chin chai.. den 'eat' her! still drag another tenant move out! nbcb! how can lidat one!! aiy0z.. simi deposit use to 'cover' her husband's stay.. i feel like luffing lehs.. *omgz* she dun understand!!! we ask e agent.. and e agent tell us e tenant also got call her liaos.. so obviously, she's in the WRONG! den her face still so thick kpkb us! -,-
my conclusion? don't rent rooms to china ppl! all of my tenants are from china.. 1st one is VERY DIRTY! second one is her lor.. so POOH BEAR's wife! (pu bor) third one is the one kenna drag by her.. e kid omg so spoilt! come into my room w/o knocking and start to figure ard w e wireless modem cos he canot use internet! 4th one haber leave.. tat one still ok lar.. nothing abt him lar.. and also.. DO NOT use verbal agreement when talking abt terms&conditions.. even small small things also must write in black&white! u think, i thought den who is right? -,-
i dun exactly feel angry.. i feel sad that both parties have to end up this way! because she's actually quite a gd fren of us when she's staying over.. she's quite a nice lady lehs.. but i guess when it comes to MONEY.. friends also can become enemies.. just bcos of $100..-,-
today's dear off day.. but we din go anywhere.. because my sis's at hm today.. i got to slp e whole of afternoon.. too tired alr.. especially when nowadays jabez wakes up at 6am!! and i usually slp at 4am or so.. i need to settle some stuffs.. cannot slp early.. i dun understand lehs.. i thought as they grow up, they tend to wake up lesser at nite for feeds? but jabez seems to wake up more n more often and more earlier! anyway, im thinking of getting him a bumper mat (<$100) and a bumbo chair ($50-$70?).. heard that abc foam mats are no good.. but abc foam mats e cheapest deal i can get only $15! haha.. and brand new somemore.. but i wun get it for him even though its cheap.. cos no good for him mahs.. maybe i wun get him anything..=x hehe.. i want to get him a set of very unique CNY costume! aunt told me she saw it at chinatown.. but it cost $28 per set.. and he can only wear ONCE! -,- cos nxt yr CNY he cfm cannot wear 1 lar.. maybe only his hands can go into e costume nxt yr.. LOL!
