went tampines COURTS & IKEA today w dear&jabez, krissy&hubby&kyrene! im not sure abt wkends.. but when i went tampines COURTS today, most of e salesmen seems to be beating flies..=x den we went over to IKEA after dear interview finish.. we went IKEA restaurant to have swedish meatballs first! im famished by then anyway..=x my first time trying the meatballs! gosh! so *yummy* lehs! especially e gravy.. *drools....... krissy suggested letting jabez sit on high chair.. was abit worried.. but it turns out fine.. jabez can sit high chair alr!! *YAY*!! hehe.. btw, i notice today that he can crawl a little alr! he can move frm one place to one place since ages ago.. he use his legs to 'skip' but today i saw him using his hands to move.. was so happy! hehe.. i quickly tell dear who's beside me.. i love my darling jabez so much lar! =) walk ard IKEA.. big.. very big.. im nt sure if its as big as the one at Queensway.. but i had a great time there.. there's ALOT of things i wanna buy for my 'future' home! hehe.. ohohoh.. b4 we went over to IKEA, saw a chair at COURTS, it's globe-like.. e one which u can saw at MOS retro corner.. it cost a whopping $1099..-,- just for a CHAIR?? *omgz.. extravagant! we also saw a stool brand by krissy's hubby.. LOL! even though it's just purely looking ard furnitures, i did enjoy myself! =) and big big thanks to jabez also.. he's really guai today! he only make noise when he get sick of sitting at the high chair.. other than that, he stay very quiet in his pram or he slp! hehe.. good boy! den boi call me.. he say mum and tenant fight..o.O quickly cabbed back hm..
when i reach hm, police alr there..-,- we talked for HOURS.. police also sian ji pua.. but they're really really helpful! this time round the policemen i like! very nice ppl! they really assure that we're ok.. one of e policemen who is an indian, he kept telling us, nxt time choose e right tenant! =x we also want mahs.. but hais.. anyway, this cheena pooh bear's wife! i feel like slapping her myself lar! ka0s.. she just want money nia lar.. so we give her lor.. bcos of PATHETIC $88.50, end up kenna slap by my mum using HER OWN slippers! how PATHETIC can she get? downright cheapo right! at first ask her pay $100 extra for her hubby dun wan.. now we increase e rate.. she kpkb.. *zzz* everything also she say lar.. wadeva it is, my mum really cannot stand her alr so she insists that they move out today, the very moment! mum finally gt her revenge lar.. she damn zhai! the pu bor cannot touch her at all.. haha.. even though her hubby grab my mum's hand lor! but dun dare to attack her.. WTH lor.. dunno he man anot.. *zzz* i believe in KARMA! they will get their retribution one day lar.. they freaking should! *yucks*! i want to complain abt the fucking agent lar! i surely will! when my mum call them, they say its got nothing to do with them!! DAMN!! get money tat time u appear lar.. got things happen u say nth gotta do w u?? den wad's ur job?? im sooooo angry w them! i will NOT let them off! DAMN!! the other tenant.. they 2 gang up lar.. leave today together.. haha.. at first e other tenant insist on getting back e deposit den i tink the pu bor overheard our conversation and tell her.. end up she say nvm lar.. dun wan.. i just wanna leave.. haha.. AND! AND! AND! the other tenant, are keeping them at her house.. so u see lar.. it's obvious they ganged up lar.. i do not despise cheenas at first.. but nw, i really do.. cos MOST that ive met, especially WOMEN! they show me how shrewd they are!!
after both of them moved out, we started cleaning up the rooms.. cos e pu bor just throw wadeva rubbish on the floor or bed.. and i tell u.. the room is goddamn SMELLY! like kennel! totally dog's smell.. oh dear! i thought she's very clean one! cos i everyday see her sweep the floor etc.. im sOoo wrong! in fact, the other tenant who is only a secondary student, his room is WAYYYYY cleaner then them lar! now that they're gone, e house is sOooo peaceful! and i finally felt like a house of our own.. hehe.. we still have another tenant staying over.. but he's a nice guy.. so no problem! =)
oh dear.. that's bad.. i just checked up CASE websites.. it's stated..
However, CASE do not handle the following disputes:
1. Landlord and tenant claims
2. Speculation in shares, stocks, commodities and so forth
3. Accident claims
4. Cases not related to consumer goods and services
5. Cases dealing with tourists
nvm.. i try and find other ways.. cannot put this lying down lar! hate ppl who get the money and dun do the job! btw, i THINK the agent also from china lar! 同一个阿包!!!!

today early morning, receive an sms from elaine aka ecko.. well, i receive sms from 2 elaine.. and both do not make me very happy.. anyway, the conversation goes like this.. starting from the very FIRST SMS of e day!

me: canot. u doing confinement canot visit u. old ppl say "dirty".
ecko: no lehs..my fren juz visited miie on sunday..tis week stil got frens coming..is see ppl mind annot..
me: ya of cos see ppl mind anot la. if dat person pantang mind mah. and im one of them! haha. ur frens either dunno or nt pantang wad. i oso dunno until i do confinement myself den noe.

dun understand is my english no good or her english no good.. obviously im saying i mind abt this superstitious stuff rite? what has that gotta do w her MIL? AND! this superstitious stuff affects ME and not her or her family members.. so why must they mind? and btw, i go see her anot is MY choice.. why say until im obliged to go lidat.. and hor.. i dunno if wad wanxia say is true.. i try to be optimistic abit lar ok..
