after work, meet yufen & zhengyang at Raffles City.. walked to CHIJMES.. their birthday treat @ CARNIVORE BRAZILIAN CHURRASCO.. lotsa angmohs.. as per their name "CARNIVORE", they have lotsa varieties for meat.. as per yf, it's quite a waste for yf cos she doesnt take beef.. while me, i am super picky when it comes to meat.. the outlook must be nice-looking and some meat, somehow has a very strong smell which i hate.. HAHA! but perfectly worth it for ppl like zy!! zy just eat wadeva is available!! but i really gotta say, their beef are damn yummilicious lors!! they have a salad bar.. since im nt a salad person, i cant comment much.. cos i din eat at all..=x very new concept to me.. i feel so NOOB! haha.. btw, their garlic bread and the cheese puffs(?) i dunno issit called cheese puffs anot lar.. but it will be given together with the condiments before starting the meal.. those are the MUST TRY!! i damn damn love the garlic bread lor!! btw, it's BUFFET hor.. EAT-ALL-U-CAN!! we're super duper bloated after tat..=x

tried to wake up early.. but we still drag and slack till 2 plus den leave the house..

Singpost @ IMM to send some post.. den to ICA building to do my Oaths of Renunciation.. damn stupid.. my parents keep reminding me to go ICA building for the oath e day i reach 21st.. but actually i got ONE WHOLE YEAR to do lar..-,- den again, i nid to extend my passport.. if nt nov canot go Thailand w 4-05 peeps.. head to SLS.. lost my battery charger.. got one frm KK uncle.. and quickly go Fairmont Hotel.. by the time we reach ard 5 plus liao..-,- wasted one whole afternoon lar!! =( MIL&bf waited for us at Swissotel lobby.. cos they book 1 at Swissotel, the other at Fairmont.. but MIL say Swissotel is nicer den Fairmont so bring us go their room take a look first whether we want to change anot.. they were at 61st floor.. the view is veryvery nice.. cos really can oversee almost the whole Singapore lar.. i believe at nite will be damn chio!! den we went over to Fairmont..




errr.. i still prefer Fairmont.. although the rooms is smaller, views is not really good.. we were in the 10th floor, 8th floor is the swimming pool.. so nothing much.. but personally, i prefer the rooms design in Fairmont than Swissotel.. it seems newer.. bathroom bigger den Swissotel though.. i also dun really appreciate nice views.. cos i scared of heights.. 61st floor is toooooo high for me lar..=x den we settle at Fairmont.. mil&bf surprise me with a cake!! and even gave me a very beautiful card~













slack for awhile den went shopping @ Raffles City.. everywhere's having Mid Season Sale!! but didnt buy anything..=x

guanlun called dear in the middle of our shopping session.. i ask dear to pass me the fone after their conversation.. ask him to jio peeps if they wanna come out tmr nite bohs.. den he say ok and hang up.. after like 30mins? desmond called.. ask me we meeting whr? i stun.. and tell him meet wad? i thought i told gl is tmr? den he say nvm nvm he will call edwina to cfm..o.O den edwina called a few mins later.. and ask the same qns.. i thought gl sms wrong date! so i called gl and tell him.. den we hang up the fone..

we was considering Equinox or Inagiku.. but decided on Inagiku cos of the raves as compared to Equinox..





after much consideration, we ordered..
* salmon sashimi
no need to say, FRESH! although im not a very salmon person while dear is.. but i was craving for 2nd plate lehs..=x

* soft shell crab
lotsa crab meat.. and they're fresh and sweet~ but i still prefer DAIDOMON soft shell crab.. this is quite oily.. and i DO NOT like soft shell crab to be dipped into mayo sauce!!

* ebi tempura
prawn kinda dry.. but the batter is just nice..

* teppanyaki beef
best of all! i love the beef lehs.. *shiok!*

* jidori chicken
i couldnt force down the 2nd pc.. hate it totally.. it has a very strong "chicken" smell.. and got skin!! *arghs* i hate SKINS!! *yucks*

* crabmeat fried rice
very wondeful strong garlic smell.. very yummy fried rice!! =x


both of us were not very "WOW" by their food.. although it taste yummilicious for some of their stuffs.. but i feel at that kinda pricing, it's really not worth.. unless u're one of the Feed at Raffles cardholders, can go for a try.. if not, dun bother lar.. however, i still hope to go back there again.. cos i wanna try their HOTPOT!! it seems yummilicious lehs!! but we're too full liaos.. we ordered the Cold Beancurd too!! my must have for japanese meals.. but damn!! the waiter did not place our order.. and when we ask the waitress who cleared our plates to check for us issit gonna come any sooner, she nv came back.. den we gotta ask another waitress who pass by, she said the order was not placed.. my blood was boiling liao.. bcos 1st, e stupid waitress didnt came back or din even check for us.. and the nxt waitress came and tell us that the beancurd was not in e order, she did not feel apologetic or any sorts.. she just inform us and went off.. the manager might have overheard or wad.. he came, bow and sincerely apologise.. i am really impressed by the manager's attitude.. veryvery pleased..

after the dinner, went back to our room.. dear wanted to open the room.. den changed his mind and ask me open myself.. i opened and saw a cake with lit candles.. i said "LAME!" i was saying he's lame.. i thought he cahoot with his mama and prepare the cake.. den i saw 4-05 peeps!! i tell u, i really veryveryvery touched and happy!! bcos i gt ask dear whether wan jio them come over for a nite anot.. and he seems rather displease.. cos he say finally we got some privacy time den i wan ask friends along.. so i was quite disappointed.. but actually he and gl was in contact all the time to plan this whole thing..-,- ideas was originated frm jessie and edwina, she helps to improve the whole idea!! LOL!! the cake is really beautiful lor!! my fave hello kitty!! the present is even more beautiful.. a HK cabinet which ive been eyeing but dun bear to buy!! =x so the reason why desmond suddenly called me and say meeting whr is cos he doesnt noe tat i din noe abt their plans!! LOL!! so he was kenna by them when he nearly disclose the secret.. LOL!! and poor them, we only finish our dinner around 10pm.. they havent had their dinner yet!! HAHA!!

we got separated frm mel.. dear went to his colleague's bdae @ one of the Thai pub at Shenton Way.. wanted to join him.. but was thinking if join him got balance how? cos cfm canot finish one.. and i dun tink i will go back again.. so go down Le Bar instead.. since shir there also.. by the time we reach 1am or so liao lor.. and they close at 2am.. haha! din sang a single song in the end.. we wait for sooooo long hoping to sing ONE song at least.. but they close their system at our very first song.. cos alr wayyyy past 2am..=x they went home.. while i cabbed over to Dragonfly to meet dear and his other colleagues.. cos they sua to there alr.. one of his female colleagues very cute lor!! i think she's drunk.. although her face doesnt looks like.. but the way she behave is damn funny.. very cute!! haha..

breakfast JCo. donuts!! highly recommended by ting!! i finally tried it!! they not only look delicious.. they also taste super yummilicious!! especially with their blended drinks!! we had toffee blended or smth.. came with 1 free Glazzy donut.. ordered one Heaven Berry and one Hazel Dazzle.. really must try lor!! im craving for it man!!


went to Wheelock find dear's fren, alvin.. second meal BK chicken sandwich share w dear.. *pengs! LOL! they haf their MEN talk, smoke.. den we head to FEP.. satisfied dear got himself a 1 shirt and 1 collar t-shirt.. while i got myself a pair of sandals and a top.. den go over Wisma get my shoes frm Pazzion.. e 2nd pair i bought, the beads came off after wearing a few hrs.. like so WTF!! lousy quality!! Charles & Keith for me anytime!! comfortable, simple & nice design and cheap.. value for $$ lor!!

went back hotel.. by then alr 6pm? den to Marketplace.. dear bought salmon sashimi.. shyanne's diaper & milk powder, a packet of tidbits and a bottle of white wine.. went back our room.. the salmon sashimi is good!! for tat kinda price, with that kinda quality.. very worth it.. i always feel sushi bought frm supermarket are bad.. but no lehs.. even dear who is quite particular abt salmon one also feel very worth for $$..

after tat, get changed for spa.. while we were passing the swimming pool, bumped into mil&bf!! so dear went in swimming w them while i wait.. after they're done, den we the ladies and the guys went separate rooms.. the spa is quite big.. got 3 small pools.. one for jacuzzi, another one i dunno call wad lehs.. quite similar like jacuzzi except the pool is designated as of our body curve.. got cold plunge super cold like siao.. but super shiok also!! steam room i din go in.. was wearing contact lens.. sauna also went in for awhile although i hope i can stay longer.. cos really felt my FATS burning.. haha! but i scared my lens melt lar..-,-

we went separate ways after that.. me and dear dunno wanna eat wad for dinner.. and decided on Prego for their pastas!! we don't really understand their menu.. LOL!! except Carbonara.. which i learn frm Pastamania.. LOL!! so i ask the waiter to recommend.. he did a good job based on our preferences.. although the Raviolene did not taste like wad i tasted at Upper Bukit Timah which adrian ordered, but still, i think the waiter is very nice!! bcos after the food, he came and ask how's it? issit to our liking? he's very good in his words.. bcos i told him maybe i don't know how to appreciate the raviolene.. but the carbonara is definitely good.. he said ya of course he had it everyday for the carbonara and for the raviolene, he has never eaten.. and it seems like he nv will.. lols.. btw, the complimentary bread which came first is good! haha.. i dunno wad's e sauce name tat comes with it.. alittle sourish, it's cold.. the bread is crispy outside but soft inside.. if my stomach allows, will definitely ask for second round lor!! WAHAHAHAHAHA!! we also ordered tiramisu.. after the tiramisu cake we had for my 18th birthday at BATAM, me and dear got phobia for tiramisu lor!! LOL!! but obviously, it taste different lar.. love the tiramisu!!

LOL!! but still, he's my brave boy!! not afraid of the water~ he also enjoy the playground there!! shall bring him go WWW as frequent as possible!! actually, JE is the 2nd choice.. not as big but WWW too far..=x and i just realise that WWW has a baby water carrier for babies under 13kg!! nxt time can bring shyanne go lers~

MCDonald for dinner.. den bus-ed to Pasir Ris MRT.. wanted to take MRT one.. den change my mind to cab.. too worn out liaos.. slept pretty late last nite.. suppose to meet 4-05 peeps at 2.30pm IMM.. only manage to meet them near 3pm.. HAHA! i thought im e late-est one lor!! but end up still gotta wait 4 some of them..*pengx* we got desmond best denki vouchers n a cookie box to remind his "sweet memories" haha.. walk over to Chevron.. he was out to buy some stuffs while we start our daidee.. lose near to $20 within 1hr.. LAME!

dear 2gether w lili and 2 kids came and off we went to Toa Payoh Industrial Park for his grandpa's 大寿! all e portions are HUGE! our table always cant finish.. i so so so love e egg yolk crab! its power de lohs..

their thick shakes are yum yum~ my main course although the portion seems little, but i am darn full after completing it.. and if u realise, im not being boring for once.. i forgo my fish'n'chips for salmon! LOL! no lar, their menu are kinda limited.. i really mean LIMITED.. not flexible.. i was craving for baked rice but they only have ONE type - Seafood Baked Rice.. (squids and mussels are not exactly my fav) i saw Creamy Chicken & Mushroom but it's in linguine.. i asked if they can change to baked rice.. they say NOPE! anyway, it's out of stock..-,- but thankfully, the salmon is nice!! no fishy smell.. i love the salmon very much~ scallop was godsent! not very sure abt the freshness.. but the "juice" of the bacon did enter the scallop making it smells and taste good.. not like the normal plain ones.. but soft shell crab is quite a disappointment.. i love the batter but not the crabs.. not crispy enuff.. overall, i think it's a lovely place for dinner.. especially couples.. haha! very quiet and cozy feeling~

aftermath, i had some "business" to attend to.. took cab back w ting.. i went home while she went back to get changed and meet val.. both came over ard 11 plus.. i alr doze off.. LOL! MJ-ed till 3 plus.. and now im damn tired!!

btw, i really want to review abt the Fairmont Hotel which was quite a disappointment for us.. i rather topup and go back Ritz.. but i might wanna go back again solely becos of the spa room!! =x




we called for room service to tidy up our room before we went out.. came back when i wanna take ice, i realise the ice became water.. it was not changed at all and the ice from ytd had melted.. so we called them again to fill the ice.. den when they came in, they touch up again.. like putting the things into place etc.. fold the blanket nicely etc.. used toothbrush and comb etc was not thrown although they replenish new ones.. and the replenish toiletries was not in the same position as of when we first came in.. like they couldnt be bothered just anyhow place the toiletries.. so not nicely.. my feeling is, it seems like the room was tidied halfway through only.. doesnt feel like it has bee cleaned or tidied..

another point is, they actually DO NOT need the room key to access to different floors.. even Swissotel needs the room key and it can only access to the floor which your room is.. i think most hotel uses this kinda system? but Fairmont is slightly more exp den Swissotel but they don't have??

BUT!! i think Fairmont or Swissotel is an ideal hotel for tourists.. i love their spa room.. at least they have most of the facilities.. better den Ritz i feel.. even fitness room also better den Ritz.. got more equipment.. although the part whr we can go to any floor of the hotel we like, but the plus point is, Fairmont, Swissotel and Raffles City is totally linked.. so very very convenient.. also, the situation is best lar.. got so many place to shop.. can even link to Esplanade, Suntec, Marina Square etcetc.. Orchard also 1 or 2 MRT stops away.. so if got friends or relatives coming to SG for holidays, cfm recommend them this hotel lor!! but for locals, seeking for relaxing and stress-free holiday, i think not suitable lar..

BUT! if got Feed At Raffles card.. can consider lehs.. if given a chance (dreaming to hit 50k per annum.. LOL!), really don't mind to pay the $300 annual charge for this card,

which will also comes with Feed At Raffles membership card FOC.. i think it's darn worth it especially for those food lovers like me! =x they have 1-for-1 for the participated restaurants.. and most of them, the prices are quite exorbitant!! easily comes up to $200-$300+ a meal for 2.. but if you got the FAR card, u only pay like $100+? even buffets are entitled for the 1-for-1 lor!! plus the hotel stay.. they got quite attractive room rates for the hotels..

and, i didnt get to see the MOM officers today.. was late for the appointment.. KNS! purposely took half day leave to go HDB sign the dunno wad lease of agreement or smth.. end up, go there to include my name only.. and haf to wait another 1 month or so den can sign..-,- have to take another leave again.. NBZ! although i got damn lotsa leave to take.. but i really dun dare take leave liao lar.. i got soooooo many unfinished work.. im so dead.. so so stress to go back to wrk tomorrow..=(

but luckily, these few days, i have friends and families around me to make me feel really loved and happy! i appreciate all the efforts and company.. *touched* really, THANKS!!
