i wanna go clubbing!! i wanna go singing!! today's a wednesday.. hmmmmm..

sunday, 26/04.. went over to 婶婶's place.. BAKE COOKIES!! found the receipes online.. and also got a packet of instant ones.. cos i scared fail mahs.. but it turned out everybody loves the self mixed one instead of the instant ones.. but i quite like the instant ones.. though texture is not very successful.. still, i am very satisfied with the cookies which are self mixed ones!! first time attempt but 有模有样!! lols.. not VERY yummy.. but at least edible.. my cousins love it and 婶婶 gonna try it again this week!! hehe.. it's a veryvery easy receipe.. veryvery good for beginners~

the instant ones..

receipe for the chocolate chips cookies

125g Butter
70g Castor sugar
70g Brown sugar
˝ tsp Vanilla essence
1 Egg
260g Self-raising flour
130g Chocolate chips (Add more if you like more choc chips)

Pre-heat oven to 180C.
Sift the flour, set aside.
Beat butter, essence and sugars using mixer until smooth.
Add egg and beat until well combined.
Stir in sifted flour and the remaining ingredients.
Take rounded teaspoons of mixture and roll into balls.
Place balls about 4cm apart on slightly greased oven trays or line with baking sheet.
Bake in pre heated oven for 15 minutes or until browned.
Cool in trays for short while and transfer to wire rack for cooling.

was supposed to bake them for teacher Jally.. but end up i finish them all!! =x cos i don't know how to decorate the jar.. to make it "memorable" for her.. i wanted smth which jabez chipped in to make them and not something solely done by me.. i wanted to at least have jabez's photo inside at least few years down the road she still remember how jabez looks like.. when he was 3 of cos.. HAHA!! so...... i took the SAFEST and EASIEST gift!! a CARD!! =x with the help of jabez and dear~ thru the whole process.. i realise my art really CMI.. dear's better.. LOL!! he was super contented with the cover cos decorate by him lar.. den he say the rest very ugly.. 妈的!!

we were all super duper tired but die die have to finish it.. today's her last day.. though have no direct contact with her.. still felt alittle sad..
