One fine day, dear finally brought me to the Japanese restaurant at ION which he had been talking so much about after having lunch with his colleagues!! He was saying until so powderful that I just gotta try it asap!! Haha..

Itacho Sushi Restaurant.. originated from Hongkong if I am not wrong.. pass by this restaurant umpteen times and heard that it's from HK and thought might not be fantastic since sushi shld be made by Japanese rite? Boy, I was wrong!!

Salmon sushi.. Very fresh and tender.. I dun eat raw stuffs.. I fun like fish except fish&chips.. But this salmon I totally love it and there's no fishy smell!!


Good quality beancurd skin being used here.. Not the normal beancurd skin that we eat at other Japanese restaurant..



Crabmeat and egg servings is pretty big.. I got pretty full eating two each!! The crabmeat is also not the imitation crabmeat that other jap rest. used.. love the egg.. it is again different frm other rest.


Must try their chawamushi!! The top layer taste somewhat like sharksfin.. Haha!! Crabmeat and prawn inside e egg..





Dear say this is a must try.. But when we went.. It didn't really taste fantastic.. I think ppl who loves unagi will like this..


Omg!!!! Soft shell crab.. I swear this is soooo different from those that I have eaten.. It has an onion smell.. At least I know I am eating crab becos others only can eat the shell.. They are not using the normal sauce but mayo~ which normally I detest!! But this time round the match is perfect!!


All this amounted to $32.. It is very worth it considered the quality and quantity!! The quality used are definitely better than most Japanese sushi restaurant.. The quantity are also generous.. I will definitely go back again!! And dear is right.. I will not even think of other places for sushis anymore!!
